Teriyaki Beef and Asparagus

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or beef broth
  • 1 tsp. chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 cups sliced asparagus
  • 2 cups sliced green beans
  • 1 cup sliced scallions
  • 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 lb. steak

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine teriyaki marinade, broth and chili-garlic sauce and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over high heat, cook vegetables in oil for 3 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  3. Put the vegetables to the side of the skillet.
  4. Add steak to skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until you feel its cooked, stirring. Add marinade mixture. Let simmer 1 minute. 


Serve with rice or lo-mein noodles.
