Chicken, Onion - Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 Packet of Onion - Mushroom Soup
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of pearl noodles (or any small noodles)
  • 1 Stalk of celery
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Small zucchini
Directions
  1. Season chicken with whatever seasoning you like, bake chicken for about 1/2 hour in a 350 degree oven.
  2. Make the package of Onion - Mushroom soup with the 3 cups of water. I like to add a little more water for more broth.
  3. Cut your vegetables and steam them until slightly tender.
  4. Once the chicken has cooked for 1/2 hour, shred it or cut it up and add to soup mix. Add your vegetables & noodles.
  5. Let simmer, stirring occasionally.
