- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 Packet of Onion - Mushroom Soup
- 3 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of pearl noodles (or any small noodles)
- 1 Stalk of celery
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Small zucchini
Directions
- Season chicken with whatever seasoning you like, bake chicken for about 1/2 hour in a 350 degree oven.
- Make the package of Onion - Mushroom soup with the 3 cups of water. I like to add a little more water for more broth.
- Cut your vegetables and steam them until slightly tender.
- Once the chicken has cooked for 1/2 hour, shred it or cut it up and add to soup mix. Add your vegetables & noodles.
- Let simmer, stirring occasionally.
