Ingredients
- 1 part UV Coconut Vodka
- 1 part pineapple juice
- Red currants or Thick red reduced simple sugar syrup
- Black licorice stick for a swizzle stick.
Directions
- Shake UV Coconut Vodka and pineapple juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish the drink with red currants rim the glass with a thick red reduced simple sugar syrup serve with a black licorice stick for a swizzle stick.
