Tropical Rum Chata Cocktail

Ingredients:

·        Crushed Ice
·        2 oz. pineapple juice
·        2 oz. unsweetened coconut milk (canned coconut milk)
·        1 oz. simple syrup
·        2 oz. Rum Chata
·        Mint for garnish

Directions:

1.     In a shaker add pineapple juice, coconut milk, simple syrup, and Rum Chata and a few ice cubes.

2.    Give it a few good shakes.

3.    Strain into a glass over crushed ice.


4.    Mint to garnish.
