- 2 Tablespoons honey , or stevia to taste
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Combine the fresh orange juice, zest, apple cider vinegar, garlic, honey and salt in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth. Add in the olive oil, and blend again until completely emulsified.
