Poni Loto (a Mexican Souffle)

Ingredients
  • 1 lb creamed corn 
  • 1 cup Bisquick 
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter 
  • 2 tbsp. sugar 
  • 1/2 cup of milk 
  • 1 4 oz. can whole green chili's 
  • 1/2 lb jack cheese 
Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together except the cheese & chili's.
  2. Pour 1/2 of the batter into casserole dish, then add some cheese & chili's.
  3. Then another layer of batter and the rest of your cheese & chili's.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes

Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Everyone will ask for more!
