Emerald Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Hendrick’s Gin
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Cucumber
  • 1/4 oz Juice Simple Syrup
  • 2 sprigs of Rosemary
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions
  1. Muddle stripped rosemary and simple syrup. 
  2. Add ice, gin, cointreau, and cucumber juice, shake well. Strain into cocktail glass. 
  3. Garnish with half salted rim and sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
