- 1 1/2 oz Hendrick’s Gin
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Fresh Cucumber
- 1/4 oz Juice Simple Syrup
- 2 sprigs of Rosemary
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Muddle stripped rosemary and simple syrup.
- Add ice, gin, cointreau, and cucumber juice, shake well. Strain into cocktail glass.
- Garnish with half salted rim and sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
