Ingredients
- 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or beef broth
- 1 tsp. chili-garlic sauce
- 2 cups sliced asparagus
- 2 cups sliced green beans
- 1 cup sliced scallions
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb. steak
Directions
- In a bowl, combine teriyaki marinade, broth and chili-garlic sauce and set aside.
- In a skillet over high heat, cook vegetables in oil for 3 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
- Put the vegetables to the side of the skillet.
- Add steak to skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until you feel its cooked, stirring. Add marinade mixture. Let simmer 1 minute.
Serve with rice or lo-mein noodles.
