Ingredients
- 1 box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 2 hot dogs (I like Nathan's BEST)
Directions
I used regular muffin tins & 2 small hot dog pieces to decrease the amount of batter. I would also recommend broiling the top for 1-2 minutes to get a nice golden color on top.
