In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, egg yolk and 1/4 cup of sugar; mix well.
Cut crust off bread, flatten with rolling pin. Spread cream cheese mixture over each slice within half an inch from edges. Roll up diagonally from point to point.
In a shallow bowl combine remaining sugar and cinnamon. Dip roll ups in the margarine then into the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Arrange on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 16-19 minutes or lightly browned.
