Ingredients
· 1 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
· 1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
· 1/4 cup milk
· 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
· 2 eggs
· 3 cup all purpose flour
· 1 tsp kosher salt
· 1 Tbsp baking powder
· 2 1/2 cup Whoppers (Robin Eggs), divided
· 1 cup milk chocolate morsels
Directions
1. In a food processor, process 1 1/2 cups of Robin Eggs to a find powder. Set aside. To remaining 1 cup of Robin Eggs, lightly crush into large chunks. Set aside.
2. In a mixer, beat butter with brown sugar for 2-3 minutes. Add in milk, vanilla and eggs until thoroughly combined. Beat in flour, salt and baking powder. Slowly beat in the Robins Eggs powder. Fold in chopped Robin Eggs and chocolate morsels.
3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least ONE HOUR. Very important.
4. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, drop by large tablespoon. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 12-14 minutes. Will appear slightly underdone, allow to cool completely on parchment paper on a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. ENJOY.
